The Basic Plan offers passive visibility on the platform, allowing export managers to contact the company to propose business opportunities. However, the company does not have direct access to export managers’ profiles nor the option to organize events.

The Professional Plan allows the company to view and directly contact all export managers, building a tailored team within the first week based on its strategic goals. Additionally, the Professional contract includes the ability to organize Impact Events (company presentation events open to all export managers), send promotional messages across the platform, and receive automatic recommendations of export managers relevant to the company’s needs.

 

With the Golden Plan, in addition to all the benefits included in the Professional Plan, the company is continuously supported by a Senior Export Manager who, through the Platform, coordinates the team of export managers and international agents, develops strategies, and directly carries out business development activities.

What are Impact Events, and how can they help me expand my business?

Impact Events are online company presentations organized by suppliers with a Professional Plan and promoted to all professionals (export managers, business developers, and connected buyers) on the platform. They provide an opportunity to showcase your products or strategies to a curated network of international export managers, business developers, and buyers, facilitating expansion and creating strategic connections. At the end of each event, you can send samples and other promotional materials to participants to further engage them and facilitate immediate follow-ups.

Can I send direct communications via email to all buyers and export managers on the platform?

With the Professional and Golden Plan, you can send promotional communications ((with the support of the internal Expandiamo team) to the entire platform or to specific segments. This allows you to directly reach targeted audiences, maximizing the visibility of your products or services and creating immediate business opportunities. For example, imagine sending a special campaign for holiday products with incentives for immediate sales.

I am a company. What is the cost of the Basic, Professional and Golden Plan?

The Basic Planhas no monthly fees and provides passive visibility on the platform.

The Professional Plan costs €250 per month and includes a wide range of advanced tools, such as direct access to all export managers to build a team aligned with your growth strategies, the ability to organize company events, and the option to send promotional communications on the platform.

The Golden Plan has a monthly cost of €900 and includes, in addition to all the benefits of the Professional Plan, the ongoing support of a Senior Export Manager who develops strategies, builds and coordinates the network of Export Managers and agents on the Platform, supports deal closures, and carries out business development activities directly.

 

In each contract, sales are rewarded through a commission system and entry fees set freely by the company.

I am an export manager or a professional. How does the remuneration system work. CONTRACTS section and transitional payment account

The current rule provides that the platform withholds one fifth (20%) of the commission or consultancy fee agreed with the company, while four fifths (80%) remain with the professional.

For example, if the company agrees to a 10% commission on sales, the platform will retain 2%, and the remaining 8% will be paid to you.

Legally, you establish direct contractual relationships with each company.
Each agreement must always be entered in the “Contracts” section of the platform;
payments must be made through the transitory payment account provided by the platform.

This system ensures transparency, traceability, and protection for both parties.

I am an export manager. Does access to the platform cost anything for us?

No, access to the platform is completely free for export managers. You can register and start exploring business and networking opportunities right away, with no registration fees.

I am an export manager. Can I offer paid consulting services to companies on the platform?

The Expandiamo platform is designed to support companies in their international growth through results-based collaborations. Export managers must therefore first offer the opportunity to work with results-driven mechanisms, such as entry fees for new clients and success fees based on long-term outcomes.

It is not excluded that, by mutual agreement between the company and the professional, projects involving consulting fees may also be developed. However, this should only happen after the company has had the opportunity to evaluate a collaboration focused on results. This approach allows companies to access strategic expertise without an initial fixed commitment and ensures that export managers position themselves as growth partners, rather than simply service providers.

Any agreement, whether results-based or consulting-related, must always be recorded in the CONTRACTS section of the platform.

I am an export manager. Can I develop a company that is not yet on the platform using Expandiamo’s contacts, events, and tools?

No, it is not permitted to use the contact network, online events, or any other tools provided by the Expandiamo platform to develop companies that are not formally registered.

All business development activities must be carried out exclusively for companies already present on the platform. However, you may invite a trusted company to join the platform formally, even under the Basic plan (which is free of charge), in order to operate with full transparency and in accordance with the rules of the community.

Any actions that deviate from this policy, aimed at leveraging platform resources for the benefit of non-registered third parties, constitute a violation of the platform’s terms of use and may result in sanctions, including suspension or removal from the Platform.

I am a company. How can I accelerate expansion into international markets through Expandiamo?

The presence of export managers with established, trusted relationships with foreign buyers allows you to quickly connect with decision-makers in target markets. This approach significantly reduces time and costs compared to traditional methods such as trade fairs or cold outreach, ensuring faster and more tangible results.

I am a company. Can I switch from one plan to another at any time?

Yes, it is possible to upgrade or downgrade between different plans, but each change requires a new contractual agreement with the platform, which must be formalized before the new plan becomes active.

Exception: the transition from the Golden Plan to the Professional Plan can take place with immediate effect, through a simple written communication from the company, without the need to sign a new contract. In this case, the guaranteed monthly consulting hours will no longer apply, but the company will retain access to all features included in the Professional Plan.

This system ensures a clear and regulated management of plan changes, providing consistency and protection for all parties involved.

I am a company. Can I permanently exit the platform, and what happens to existing negotiations with export managers?

Yes, it is possible to withdraw from the contract and leave the Platform at the end of each contractual quarter, with a minimum notice period of 15 days.
During the first quarter of subscription, there is also the right to early withdrawal at the end of the first month, provided that the first monthly payment has been duly made.

In the event of permanent withdrawal, the company agrees not to collaborate for the following 18 months with any Professionals met through the Platform, nor with any buyers or clients introduced, unless a written waiver is approved by the Platform.
Orders already formalized and tracked with commissions regulated through the Platform remain valid.

This clause protects the work carried out by the professionals and ensures consistency and fairness in business relationships even after the termination of the contract.

Is it necessary to have a VAT number or equivalent to provide services on the platform?

No, it is not mandatory to have a VAT number or its equivalent to provide services on Expandiamo.com. It is possible to work using occasional service receipts, in accordance with the tax regulations of your country. For example, in Italy, it is allowed to issue occasional service receipts for up to €5,000 annually without any social security obligations. For occasional services exceeding this amount, simple social security obligations apply, but only when the total threshold of occasional services is exceeded (i.e., when the activity becomes habitual) will it be necessary to open a VAT position.

 

For those who decide to open a VAT position, many countries, like Italy, offer simplified and favorable flat-rate tax regimes with minimal costs, suitable for professionals starting their careers. This allows you to work in full compliance with tax regulations and with maximum flexibility. We encourage you to check the specific regulations in your country for precise information.
